Sadie Sulaiman
is a self-taught artist who rediscovered her passion and talent in art after her odyssey from Malaysia to Abu Dhabi, UAE in 2007. Her paintings essentially reflect her discovery and rediscovery of life – the continuous physical, emotional and spiritual journeys that define who and what she is. Sadie is proudly Malaysian and passionately Sarawakian. This is reflected in her body of work where she incorporates her historical and cultural roots. Sadie hopes to share with her audience her perspectives of life, unique ways of viewing everyday events and travelogue. Art is borderless and a journey towards her very own definition of magnum opus (masterpiece).
